Add Akouo - End User
1. Add the Akouo app to your tenant
Add the Akouo app in the Microsoft Teams admin center. For more information please visit the Microsoft website.
2. Provide your LSP with your Microsoft Tenant ID
Your Microsoft Tenant ID will allow your LSP to map your MS Teams account through to their secure Akouo management portal. This means all requests you make for MS Teams meeting interpretation will automatically route to your LSP for immediate action.
